Refund Policy

1. Credit Purchases

• Credit packs purchased via Razorpay are non-refundable once the payment is confirmed.
• If your payment is debited but credits are not added to your wallet within 10 minutes, contact us immediately at onlineneettest@gmail.com with your payment reference number.
• Duplicate payments (charged twice for one order) will be fully refunded within 7 working days.

2. Exam Sessions

• Credits are deducted when an exam session starts — not when you click the tier card.
• Once an exam session starts, the credit is non-refundable regardless of whether you complete the exam or not.
• Exception: If our servers experience a verified technical failure (not a network issue on your end) that prevents exam completion, the credit will be automatically returned to your wallet within 24 hours.

3. Free Credits

• Free signup credits (2 on registration) have no monetary value and cannot be refunded.
• Referral-earned credits expire in 2 days and cannot be extended or refunded.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue during an exam:

1. Your answers are saved automatically every 2 minutes and in your browser's local storage.
2. Return to the exam URL — you should see a resume option.
3. If you cannot resume and lose your attempt due to a verified server error, email us with your session token (visible in the URL) and we will restore your credit.

5. How to Request a Refund

For eligible refund requests, email us at onlineneettest@gmail.com with:

• Your registered email address
• Razorpay payment ID or order ID
• Description of the issue
• Screenshot of the error (if applicable)

We respond to all refund requests within 48 hours on working days (Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM IST).

6. Refund Timeline

• Wallet credit restoration: within 24 hours
• Bank account refunds (via Razorpay): 5–7 working days
• UPI refunds: 1–3 working days
