1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on neetonlinetest.in, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform. These terms apply to all users including students, teachers, and visitors.

2. Platform Description

neetonlinetest.in is an online mock test platform designed for NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) preparation. We provide practice exams, performance analytics, and study tools for medical entrance examination aspirants in India.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts to abuse the free tier or referral system will result in permanent suspension.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Exam Rules

• Once an exam session starts, the timer cannot be paused.
• Tab switches during an exam are logged and visible to administrators.
• You may not share exam questions with others during or after an attempt.
• Any attempt to manipulate scores, exploit bugs, or interfere with the platform will result in immediate account suspension.
• Exam results are final once submitted.

5. Credits and Payments

• Exam credits purchased are non-refundable once an exam session has started.
• Credits do not expire unless earned through the referral programme (referral credits expire in 2 days).
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 7 days advance notice.
• Free credits given on signup are limited to 2 attempts per account and cannot be transferred.

6. Referral Programme

• Referral points are awarded only when the referred user verifies their account, completes at least 15 minutes of engagement, and answers at least 45 questions.
• Self-referrals are not permitted.
• We reserve the right to revoke referral credits if fraudulent activity is detected.
• Maximum 5 referral-earned free exam credits per account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform including questions, explanations, analytics features, and software is the property of neetonlinetest.in. NTA official previous year questions are reproduced for educational purposes under fair use. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

neetonlinetest.in is a practice platform and does not guarantee any specific result in the actual NEET examination. We are not liable for any loss of data due to network issues, device failures, or circumstances beyond our control. Our crash recovery system saves your progress, but we cannot guarantee 100% recovery in all scenarios.

9. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse the referral system, or disrupt the platform for other users.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes by email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
